Yup! The chili oil + chili oil sauce I make is vegan:) We'll be making smacked cucumber, steamed eggplant, cold tossed chicken (substitute tofu for vegan option) and also spicy tingly noodles. PS, this is Linda commenting from my very inactive youtube account :-P
