I don’t think Cersei is a psychopath or a sociopath, she’s just ruthless, sadistic, selfish at times and narcissistic but she is not devoid of love or empathy nor does she lack a conscience, however the worst thing I think she did was killing her son’s wife just to get rid of a rival who stood between her and an authority she wasn’t likely to really achieve but she usurped it, though not by design because I doubt she intended for Tommen to kill himself.

BS - Dany was much worse, she made Cersei pale in comparison in number of victims. She was so crazy that she wanted to learn how to sexually please her rapist husband. As if Sansa would even consider such thing with Ramsay. She had no regrets in seeing her own brother murdered in a gruesome manner, executed people who refused to bend the knee. Got rid of decent people like Varys. Thousands of innocents died from where she passed. Cersei did nothing that Jaime did not want to do the Sept, he wanted to rip off the heads of all of them one by one. She blew them up instead.
