Cessna 337H | BeyondATC | ILS to SBRF 

IFR flight to Recife/Guararapes-Gilberto Freyre International (SBRF). Got a little weird at the end. I expected ATC to direct me to descend, but they didn't for quite a while. Finally got the direction to descend and it seemed to get stuck there. I set up for the approach and switched to the tower without being directed and it seemed to catch up.
