One of the best speakers I've heard! I felt very encouraged that I'm already doing a lot of what she suggested, but will try a couple of things she discussed eg d.ribose, avoiding immunisations. I'm so glad more and more research is being done to find out more about this illness and better treatments.

I also take Creon which helps with digestion because I have EPI due to a perf during an ERCP/ placement of a biliary stent then the stent migrated out. Besides LDN, taking vitamins D, B, C, K2, and a probiotic help immensely. Also staying away from products with high fructose corn syrup and other sweeteners, plus MSG. If you are going to use sugar (which inflammes your body ie arthritic gout symptoms) use pure cane sugar, not genetically modified beet sugar. Also doing yoga, use of a foam roller, back stretcher, and Chirps, helps with the stiffness.

If anyone is watching this video from New Zealand, make sure you check out ME BoP's new RU-vid channel. These guys do fantastic work and are considered a bit of a model for CFS/ME groups around the country ru-vid.com/show-UCaD764tx8n2e4KyViazKlUQ

I wonder if anyone has tried low dose Naltrexone since it is an antagonist that tries to help your body to regain homeostasis. I am using it for Sjogren's and it has helped immensely but I had to go off of it temporarily to get major dental work.

I just used Olive Leaf Tea as an anti-viral, also been used for ages for Malaria. Also a bit of wormwood for mycolasma. But mouth wash/gargle with salt water with apple cider vinegar is good also to reduce viral load (esp if feeling sick). I just drink coconut water in mornings for electrolyte balance.

Thank you very much. I have tried to quit using any type of lotions, etc that aren't natural. I was using low dose Naltrexone which did help immensely but I had to go off of it to have some major dental work performed because the dentist couldn't get my mouth numb but it helped immensely with my symptoms of Sjogren's and other autoimmune diseases. low dose Naltrexone (LDN) is an antagonist that helps your body to regain homeostasis. In large doses it is used for opioid and alcohol addiction. That's why you can't drink or take opioids while you are on LDN.

That was interesting, but she got it wrong it the Magenisum Malate. It's taken for three reasons. 1. Many people with ME have low stomatch acid - ioncreasing that to normal impoves immunity digsestio and nutrtrient absorption all of which come from the Malic Acid hat is in much higer proportion than in Apple Juice. 2. Malic Acid can also improve mtiochondrial perofrmance as its required for the Malate-Aspartate shuttle. 3. It does also contain Magnesium. While its more expensive in the short term, its a supplement with multipole benefits that does not need to be taken indefinintely.

I find it odd that tricyclics are recommended, given the large proportion of the CFS/ME population with orthostatic intolerance. Tricyclics are known to exacerbate POTS symptoms. I've had drs put me on them and each time I passed out any time I tried to sit upright
