Hey, if I use silicone based products which already work for me ( Schwarzkopf rich essence mask and L'Oreal rapid reviver conditioner) and normal sulphate shampoo (L'Oreal 6 oil nourish) since I oil my ultra dry hair (scalp+lengths) and just add Curl Up curl cream and Curl Up gel, would it work? Or will I have to completely change my haircare products to start CGM? One more question, I've extremely dry and split ends prone hair, should I use true frog leave-in and Curl Up curl cream as well? To just combat the dryness.

Which mask is more moisturising for dry hair and has slip , the curl up or true frog? i have used just herbs and it makes my hair super soft but it lacks in slip and doesn't make my hair smooth

Both curl up and true frog have enough slip for me. They are not as heavy and moisturising as the Just Herbs mask. Just herbs does not have enough slip for me. Which is why you'll notice that I detangle with a conditioner first and then deep condition.

Did you ask me about this a few times in the comments and on dm? I believe I replied to all your queries. You know what though? Just use your normal conditioner to deep condition your hair. It's low porosity right? A normal conditioner will do. If you're asking why it didn't make my favs list, it's because at this point i classified my hair as high porosity wavy hair.
