Organic World Building in UE4 course with Anthony Vaccaro -- bit.ly/2xhmZfj
In this course, students will create a game level from scratch in UE4. The course will cover UE4’s object placement and layout basics, foliage systems, and lighting systems. The course will help students better understand the level and environment workflows, as well as how level designers, game designers, and environment artists fit into the game pipeline.
Standard Format:
Length: 10 Weeks.
Lectures: Pre-Recorded each week
Assignment: Deadlines each week.
Feedback: Individually recorded.
QandA: Once a week
*For classes with fewer than 6 students feedback may be provided during the live QandA session.

I went to Art Institute of Pittsburgh and got my BA in Game Art and Design as well but that was in 2010. I immediately had to pay my bills and have been working factory jobs just to keep up with them and I don't have much downtime until recently to get into game design. I think with these courses I'll try and do just that. My dream is to become an Environmental Artist and eventually create a series of 3D short story movies displaying the vision I've been wanting to tell in a format that, until recently, I wasn't sure what I wanted it to be. I wrote for years and got good at it but now I know that this is the medium I want to use.
