I know its sort of the same, but it would've been incredible if you showed this with actual joints. You showed how to use nodes in your rigging videos, but this more basic approach is better to learn. You're a great tutor and your videos are highly appreciated.
Is there a function which I can make the Sphere follow the Cube1 until frame 20, and then follow Cube2 for the rest of the frames? I tryied to do this, but once it gets to frame 20, the sphere jumps to the starting position and only then starts to follow the Cube2
im a beginner of 3D art and i was wondering whats the difference between pCubeshape and pCube (i notice they both mean the mesh but what the difference between them)
I was watching part 4 of the fundamentals and I'm stumped as I can not duplicate any of the nodes. I searched it up online and couldn't find anything about it. what shortcut do you use to duplicate a node?
Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V. That’s the only one I found that works the best. The interface really feels a little old. But the possibilities are very nice though. Other thing that I can’t get for now, is the spaghetti nature of nodes in Maya. A lot of nodes just get interconnected in every directions, which creates looped connections. That’s pretty annoying, especially for a beginner
