Judge Boyce was incredibly professional and respectful and he had a calming effect on everyone in the courtroom, prosecution team as well as the defense. All judges should rise to his level!

Dulos case had the children addressing the murderer directly, MICHELLE where is the body of Jennifer, MICHELLE you took my mother from 5 children, etc. here in this case, they did not address the murderer. I don't know why.
I feel like Chad gave himself the death penalty for meeting the criteria set by the state . He did this to himself as much as Alex did. He proclaimed death over himself in the same way that Alex did. The jury just acknowledged it under the law.
To Emma and Garth, you need to sit down and take a good long look in the mirror. Can you honestly say you like what you see? Time to go cap in hand to your mother's family and ask them for forgiveness and acceptance... it's your only hope.
All my respect to the prosecution team, the investigators, the forensic teams, the coroner and the presiding judge. Their lives are forever changed, along with the jurors. The families have everyone's support, I hope these others involved find peace.

Chad got the death penalty but will probably be sitting on death row for a number of years while they go through appeals. Which by the way will give him time to create a portal to talk to Alex or text Alex so he can tell Lori how they will be able to reach the next level🤣

Five close relatives of Chad and Lori dead within 5 months as part of conspiring and hatching their plan, lying to everyone about every thing while having a heated romance. This has to be an example and warning to humanity that religion can be so terribly misused in the same way relationships can be abusive. This was the work of darkness that pretended to be the light.

DONT FORGET this cast of characters who were praying for children and spouses TO DIE!! And keeping secrets to protect killers. I’m glad they got what they gave. Lori calling the insurance company telling the agent that it was her to get the payout was also justice. I think Chad should be charged for AOM of Charles & Brandon in AZ but him getting the DP is priceless. Very proud of the JURY!

Kay and Larry have been the face to finding Tylee and JJ. Both such characters and they make me laugh the way they interact with one another. I think Larry could lead people more than chad.

@@moeB0704 No. ONLY Zulema had “use immunity.” It’s frustrating to keep seeing people’s comments who just assume witnesses got immunity. Melanie Gibb, Melani Palowski, David Warwick, NONE of them had immunity. And unfortunately none of them will ever be held accountable. 😡 And (I don’t know for sure), but I think each of them are currently LDS in good standing. 🙄
Yes, he got the sentence he deserved. Unfortunately, Lori Daybell got female privilege from the judge, and no DP. Man or woman, they should have both gotten the same sentence.
I don’t think it was female privilege. She refused to waive her right to a speedy trial and he didn’t. The prosecution wasn’t ready to press a death sentence trial when her case came up so they had to take it off the table.
Not female privilege in this case. Actually, she wanted a speedy trial so death penalty was not on record. She could only get life without parole. Chad waived his right for speedy trial so death penalty was still on the table. If Chad did not waive his right to speedy trial he would have also got life without parole and not death penalty

Emma was right about one thing; she certainly *isn’t* Colby. The way this young man and his wife have conducted themselves through such incredible loss is truly commendable. His sweet baby brother, beautiful sister, & the kind and generous man he grew to love as his father.. in such quick succession. All taken by the woman who was supposed to be his mother - yet tore him apart and let the pieces scatter in the wind. I was happy to hear him say he’s seeking therapy (If he hasn’t done so already). John Prior sang the praises of Chad’s “great, wonderful, and amazing 5 children” was a smack in the face to this young man, and to the 2 children who were ripped away. THESE are *truly* the kids who we need to celebrate. While I understand the struggle Chad’s faced in having to come to terms with what their father did - their refusal to review the evidence, go over the autopsy report that Emma had originally asked for, and then lie under oath, aren’t character traits which align them with being “great and amazing”. After losing everything, I could understand Colby wanting to throw most of the blame on Chad - but he didn’t. He took his mother to task, fully. His wife is beautiful, and obviously very in love with her husband… and it’s heartwarming to see they are expecting another miracle soon. God Bless them… ❤️
The big elephant in the room for me is will the Church reign in false prophets. What is the duty of the bishop of the church Chad attended? This case is not over as the appeals will go on for years.
These poor families I feel for them, however I pray they see that it’s not over. This man can cause so much more devastation even from behind bars. Him n Lori both are too dangerous with their extremest radical mindset. I pray you all find peace n I pray there isn’t more chaos to come.
