If Reed rode this bike in Supercross, i feel like that would just be a fun way to end his career. do a season or two, have a blast on the two stroke, then retire. would be a badass way to go out, and he would definitely be remembered in the sport just for that haha
Yeah, they don’t allow 2 strokes anymore because it’s a “environmental hazard”. The FIM and AMA are just a bunch of liberal snowflakes. In a couple years they’ll outlaw 4 strokes and make them race those pansy electric bikes. That’ll be the day I quit watching.
honestly, i rode without the front brake for a while and it really helped me out. i was on it too much before, then i learned how to utilize it going into a turn. made me a lot faster not having it on there 👀
A lot of my offroad passenger experience as a young teen was on the back of a friends tricked out Honda Elsinore with no brakes at times and no rear pegs. The woops in the orange groves were good passenger training. We only ended up in the barbed wire fence once when running no brakes. I was glad to be passenger that day having only racked my nuts of John's helment. The bike kept idling along nicely, ready for more.
Jesse's Domain just my opinion. If you rode a 1st gen cr vs 2nd and third gen you wouldn’t like it. I love cr hondas but love the 97-99 cr 250 the least
@@woodsrider117 oh I still agree with you. They do vibrate more and have a weaker frame thats prone to getting hairline fractures (just ask seth enslow). Having said that i still like them

Ronnie Mac is an awesome motocross coach! AND, coaxing 69 hp out of a 1998 CR 250 makes you a gifted mechanic as well. This clip had me laughing all the way through! Just think how much better Carmichael could have been if he’d trained at the Ronnie Mac School of Motocross. Scary!

2 strokes in my opinion are the best and always will be the best a lot more reliable then a fucking fart can 4 stroke and power ban on a stock 2 stroke feels a lot faster then a stock 4 stroke
