He definantly has the right style of to beat A. Silva. Chael is also extremely strong for his size and that will play a huge factor if he can get Silva to the ground. He just has to make sure he gets it to the ground and stays out of submissions. Simple game plan: Take Silva down as quickly as possible, get to side control or any other dominant position, and then start chipping away with a steady barrage of ground and pound. Do that for 5 rds. and we have a new champ.

And flipping huge monster truck tires is a workout that strongmen do for strongman contests, so it must be pretty effective and I guess fighters have incorporated it into their training.

chael's mostly on about most of the stuff he says. i have heard him say things that are way off... but i take em with a grain of salt. he's good for the sport, and puts on excellent fights.
