Ingredients:
5 cardamom
5-6 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
10-12 black pepper
1 inch ginger
2 cups water
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tea bags or 2-3 teaspoon tea
Gring all dry ingredients and ginger.
Boil for 8-10 minutes.
Add sugar and tea.
Continue boiling for another 2-3 minutes.
In another pot, heat 2 cups milk until it starts to boil.
Turn off heat and froth the milk.
Pour tea into a cermaic mug (prefarably), with a sieve.
Slowly add the frothed milk.
Garnish with frothed milk foam and cinnamon powder on top.
