Chair Fitness 10 Minute Challenge is a fast pace seated excise workout for those who need a faster pace, short on time and includes core a segment to help strengthen and tone the abdominal.
This chair workout will get your heart rate up, burn fat, calories and help lose some weight.

It is recommended that you do cardio exercise at least 20 minutes a day and strength training at least once a week. But two days a week of strength training would be better with 48 hours of rest between each session. This will enable you to become and maintain your self as a fit person. What is meant by a fit person? The ability to do everyday chores without a struggle. By exercising on a regular basis you will be able to manage your weight, have a stronger body, have sharper mental ability, be able to manage stress and your emotions better. I am SO glad I found you! I'm battling Metastatic Breast Cancer in my bones. Due to side effects from strong chemo/radiation 6 years ago, I can't move very well or for very long. My doctor has limited my exercise sessions to 10 minute increments, 3 times a day, if I can handle it. Sitting helps, because I can't balance very well. Your workouts are not only entertaining, they are inspiring. I love your smile & attitude! Thanks again!

Paul, I lost 180 lbs. almost 9 years ago. I have maintained my weight loss by following my food plan and swimming/ going to the gym 4 days a week. I went from a size 36 to a 6 on a 5' frame. Along came Covid, close-downs and no pool or gym. I thought what will I do? I "found" 10 lbs. and freaked. I accidently found you on the internet and started going to your seated exercises. ( I had several back surgeries and the water was good on my bones!) So now seated works for me until I can get back into the water safely. Did I forget to tell you that I am going on 69 years old?! I enjoy your classes so much that when I feel I can so back into the pool, I will continue to attend your classes. Thank you for all your support and I hope you get this message! Helena

Great workout! I injured my ankle this week and was previously doing mile walking videos. I was able to do your mile "chair walking" fine without hurting myself. Thanks for your video and your energy!

Thank you! I’ve recently suffered from an injury in my Achilles’ tendon so I can’t do my normal cardio workouts. Def need as many as I can get so thank you for this & hoping I can find a 30 min one from you!!

Love love love your chair cardio and the music! I'm like you! Love the fast pace chair cardio! And love when you put it all together into a combination at the end...wish we went through the combination once more...but that's what the rewind button is for 😉💕

My mother told me about you, Paul, and after watching this video, it looks like just what I need to start getting in shape. I have a rather large hernia that is the result of a surgery, and I want to lose weight and get in shape before I have that surgery. I have been wondering where to find an exercise routine that won't exacerbate my condition, and I think this is going to be it. Thanks for putting out such a video. This one was with different moves. I enjoyed it. I hope you will do the 30 minute one. You are the main workout videos my husband and I can do together. Me from my wheelchair and he in a normal chair.

This was awesome! Love the power workout.. I think it would be great to level up in increments of 15/20/25/30. I think it would help build endurance. Again, another great workout.. Although the summer will not be ready for me, I will be ready for the summer :)
