These are some of the challenges that Free State-based bus operator, Interstate Bus Lines, has to contend with to keep operating.
The company, which ferries about 25.000 people between Thaba Nchu, Botshabelo and Bloemfontein daily, says it's had to innovate to keep servicing commuters.
The bus operator was founded in 1975 in Thaba Nchu as a family business.
