Challenges of Aged Leadership in the latter-day Church 

President Russell M Nelson recently (April 2024) gave an interview with the media about the challenges that advanced age, such as mobility, present when it comes to speaking at General Conference. Other senior leadership officials in the First Presidency and Quorum of the 12 are also facing the same issue of age and mobility, such as Elder Henry B Eyring and Elder Jeffrey R Holland.
We're expressing thankfulness to all in the church, who serve others under challenging circumstances, whether it's age or anything else!
