Hi, do you have a suggestion/modification if we do not have a step to do this workout? Or could you suggest one of your other workouts as a replacement?

I love all your pregnancy workouts! I've been using them all since the beginning of my 5th pregnancy. I am 22 weeks along now. I know you're not pregnant now, but I would love some new workouts for pregnancy!

I only had a small step stool, but it worked out. I only had to modify the tricep dips in the end. Instead of putting my hands on the stool, which wouldn’t have been stable at all, I put it at my feet to elevate my butt more and put my hands on the ground. Such a burner! Great cardio workout and burn for legs. Thanks, Ashley!
Thank you! I don't have a step, so I just did it on the floor and still sweated! I guess this can be considered as a modification for me 36 weeks pregnant:) God bless you!

Challenging workout! During push-ups I saw an info button for "DR Modifications" but it links to your website and to the locked post pregnancy plan. Do you have a video on push-ups during pregnancy if you have a more severe DR (presume against wall)? Love your stuff and so glad I found it during this third pregnancy!

hi Ashley, today I managed to purchase the program and the promo code worked, even though it's Monday already (at least in the part of the world where I am ;-) ). I haven't even given birth yet and just started your 3rd trimester workouts but I am already excited about the postnatal ones!! it's important to be prepared haha :-)
Ah, my dad was in the marines and had trunks that looked like those! I agree- the most challenging part for me is just getting dressed and pressing play. I can probably count on one or two hands the number of times I've actually started a workout and just chose not to finish it!

@@glowbodypt Thank you! I did do some of the fantastic prenatal program! I am about 30 weeks now (I guess somewhere between 7-9 weeks at the time you asked, sorry for responding late). Now I have SPD so I am enjoying the SPD workout from this channel as well as upper body workouts :)
This was my first time doing this exercise; it was so good! Man, those Bulgarian Squats! And I had never see that modification for a push up before. Push ups = death for me, so the modification really helped me! :) Thanks so much Ashely! Great workout!
