Joe absolutely look forward to watching on winters on nights. Your series has made it possible for me to make some trips. My employees wife and kids must thing all I do is wait for the next episode love it from one Hall-Dale catcher to another. I will be spring checking 2023 expedition.

What a series. This year has been one for cold temps for sure. I took my parents up to the great pond derby that O.R.O. put on, 15 below when we arrived that morning. Safety at that point is paramount. It's nice to see you going over safety points that some people may not even think of, especially like freezing points of propane. So many people myself included may not have even given it a thought but it makes total sense, and it's nice to learn that from the warmth of home than when your in an emergency in the middle of nowhere. You rock, can't wait to catch the next one!

The look back just before leaving the lake. I always do the same thing. Never easy to leave.

Joe went on my first over night well got there Friday night left Sunday lows in the -31 highs in the -14 up in K.I. It was one of the best trip only 3 small brookies but had a great time had to leave the truck running diesel don’t like the cold keep it up Joe your a inspiration 👍🏻👍🏻

Appreciate you putting this together. I grew up in Patten and have lived away from that area for 30 years. I enjoy seeing the "old country". Do you ever fish on the north side of Katahdin? I know the fishing probably isn't as good as Chamberlain.

I bought a strikemaster 24 volt ice auger, the instructions mention it will not work below -4 F, how do you keep your auger from breaking down in the cold. Do yo bring more than one battery and how do you recharge them while camping?
