At 3:32 you mentioned no way to attach the wires for strain relief. Pretty sure you can "weave" the wires in and out of those holes you pointed out. That is your stain relief.
You could, but you would have to remove the spade terminals and reattach them after. Then you would have to cut them off again to remove the balun. That would be great on a permanent installation scenario not portable.
