I decided to give the Champions Chess Tour Play In a go.
The top 69 Grandmasters out of 150 qualify for the next stage. Can I make the top 69!?
LOL!!!! Can I read!? No. I thought I was playing Radjabov, but it was someone completely different... Azerbaijani GM, Vugar Rasulov!! Sorry! I need glasses...

Always rooting for Simon but I feel like his instinct at this point in his career is more about entertaining himself by playing aggressively and making sacrifices whether they are sound or not instead of winning. But what the fuck do I know, any content from Simon is a good day, he's a good dude.

I think you should have some Ginger GM ambience in these videos: I was thinking to try some low volume music,so we can still hear you fine-post recording- editing- over the entire length of the video, so it doesnt take too much effort. But idk just a thought.

You didn't play GM Teimour Radjabov, Simon . You played Vugar Rasulov who is a 33 year old GM, also from Azerbaijan, FIDE rating 2551. A strong GM nevertheless!

Now we know why GMs virtually always play Kb1 soon after castling long before they start “throwing down” in the game :) Sorry Simon, thanks for sharing this highly promising game. My condolences to poor old Harry 😢
