Just became the 2nd most expensive city in the USA for a 2 bedroom apt. It’s definitely not worth the money, it’s a desert. You can have a nice apartment close to a beach in Cali, Florida, NC. Arizona prices are not worth the money, and that’s that im a local. Save your money and get out asap
Yeah the rental market here in Chandler has been exploding over the past couple years! Might not be a good fit for everyone and you are right that it might not be worth it for everyone. 🤔 I'm a local here as well and it's been crazy seeing the market change and shift over the past few years. 🏠🌵 What part of the valley are you from? @@LIVING_IN_ARIZONA I’m in northwest Mesa, have a 3 bed two bath two story townhouse 1500sqft renting for 1500 a month which is an awesome deal but I got it two years ago and the owner is nice. I’m looking at Texas, Colorado or Florida to go to after I get my bachelors IT degree. I’m a HVAC tech right now and pay hasn’t gone up much in the valley but everything else has so I’m changing careers and moving states

And glad to hear the owner is nice too 👍 Texas, Colorado, and Florida each have different areas that are definitely cheaper than parts or Chandler (and they have areas more expensive too). 😱 If you need an awesome agent in one of those states to help with the move when you're ready just let me know and I'd be happy to get you connected with some of the best agents in those states that I know 😁 IT is one of the most in demand services right now all over the nation, so great idea pursuing a degree and career in that field. That's awesome that you are thinking of moving here to Arizona. I have lived here my whole life and love it here! ☀️ Chandler is definitely one of the many safe and nice cities in the area. If you are looking for an area that is similar but less expensive you might want to check out Queen Creek. It is a little further outside the main Phoenix metro area, but the home prices are a little cheaper and it is very safe and family friendly! Or if you are open to living on the other side of town west of Phoenix, areas like Ahwatukee, Avondale, Tolleson, Litchfield Park, and Goodyear are more affordable and have a similar safe and family friendly feel. 😄 Hope this info helps and if you have any other questions or if there is anything else I can do to help you guys make a smooth move here to Arizona just reach out anytime! 📲

Homes in Chandler are a little more expensive than Glendale and Goodyear for sure. Depends on where you want to be in the Valley. Goodyear is farther outside the main metro area but is growing fast and has lots of new building still happening. Glendale is more established and is more centrally located. Price wise Glendale and Goodyear are pretty similar when it comes to homes. Goodyear homes are usually a little newer. Hope this info helps! 😊
Yeah I have to agree about the Nascar drivers, Arizona drivers are pretty terrible 😬 And the desert is really hot in the summer. 🥵 Sorry it hasn't been a great experience. Where did you move here from?
Yes love Ahwatukee too, such a great area and love that you get the mountain views and are so close to hiking and all the shopping and dining in that area!
Your video is so full of nonsense. The pros aren't existent anymore. No one has money for gas, rent, or a mansion anymore.... Not anyone I know... I'm a health professional.
Cost of living has defintiley increased a lot in the past few years. I miss those days of gas for less than $2 per gallon and cheaper homes. 😔 So many parts of the country have experienced this cost inflation, and there are certainly cons about that. How long have you lived in Chandler? 🙂
