Thanks for video it helped a lot - I removed the cracked egr pipe on a 2012 CRV 2.2 dtec today. Probably about 9 hours going slowly. Mechanics would be a lot quicker! Just one seized nut on battery tie down thankfully! First time removing coolant hoses - they are a pain! Needed to insert flat head screwdriver and work round the entire connection to release the tight seal formed from years of being untouched! Kit from cox automotive has all you need for £230 for the job plus you need around 6.9l of coolant to go back in.
Thank you for this video. I have had ocassional white smoke , exhaust gas smell through vents , drivers wheel area and exhaust. Looks like this is my issue with the egr pipe.
Hellou, I have Honda Crv 2016 engine 1.6 diesel 160hp. the car seems stuck when starting on a slope.. it has no errors and when accelerating aggressively it emits a cloud of black smoke.. what could it be?
Здравствуйте. Я так понял что антифриз Вы не сливали. Система охлаждения потом не завоздушилась? Нада как-то прокачивать систему охлаждения? Антифриз потом доливали? Спасибо.
when it is burnt it smells so much into the car when it stops in traffic for a long time so you smell burnt it smells so much also sometimes smoke gets in between the gearbox and the engine
