My tractor started to sputter and just stopped running. I got a new fuel filter and some new fuel line. It’s running again. TC33, 3708
Its pretty easy. Don't pay someone else to do it for you,

I just learned that if you get some water in your diesel it will cause the filter to swell and block the fuel from passing.

Thanks for the help. I have the same exact tractor, loader and a Bush Hog brand back hoe. You are the first person I have found with the same model. Anyway…I couldn’t get a tool on it so I used a screw driver and hammer to gently loosen the ring.

,,, I’m glad it helped, I made a video for removing the fuel tank and cleaning out the sludge. I kept having problems with fuel system. Seems a lot better now.

Question, Did you have a small Oring at the top of the filter when you installed it? I noticed some filters come with 2 Orings, 1 for the bowl and a smaller one for the filter.

,,, if there is a small oring up in there I didn’t see it. It’s hard to see or get my hands in there. I need to look the next time I take it apart. Now you’ve got me wondering.

@@gooutside6055 I am wondering too. I went ahead and installed it without it Started fine after bleeding line and it's running fine so we'll see. thanks for the video

A clean tractor is easier to work on. Runs cooler and find problems sooner. Doesn't take much

,,,, I got the filter at a tractor supply store. But last time I took the old one to a Napa auto parts and got one there.
