Nealie this video couldn't have come in a better moment! I'm currently going through a very transformational period of my life too and i relate to everything you've said. It definitely can be uncomfortable, but the good thing about going out of your comfort zone is that with time we can tolerate more of the discomfort, and for example with making vlogs every day it can be very uncomfortable for you right now, but over time it will become second nature for the person you will be in the future (does that makes sense?). And also what I've come to realize it's important to cherish the journey itself without shifting all your focus to the end goal, because when you've already reached it and achieved the things you've been dreaming about, you're gonna miss the person who got you there - the version of you that dealt with the discomfort, the fear, the anxiety, and got through every single day because she knew that she was doing it for the future you. So every step of the journey is really important and should be taken in and accepted with gratitude, that's the attitude that's been helping me through rougher patches. Sending you lots of love and support, you've got this!! Your personality really shines through your videos, keep them coming
You can take the item back to Best Buy without any confrontation. I feel with your mellow voice you can just explain it to them and see if they can do something or recommend something. You're also within your manufacturer's warranty most likely. Contact them and you can probably just send it somewhere to get it looked at.
