Thank you for this! While I have spent much of my career in Project Management, it is clear to me now that I have effectively been operating as a Change Manager for any organization I have served. My experience and passion for SMB Digital/Web Agencies has revealed that while they are often in the business of researching and implementing change for their client partners, they are often not effectively or completely managing their own internal transformations. Furthermore, this lack of market agility is only exacerbated if and when the Agency is sold to a larger Marketing group. Looks like I have my next article topic!
