Such a pain in the arse. That pin is a nightmare that alone took me about 20min the rest wasn't so bad albeit tight as hell to get large hands in that space.
Well done filming in that tight space ! Thank you very much... very hard to find info on those old hundred series vans.. I have a 93 super custom all wheel drive with a clutch pedal that fails to return... I bleed it, it works for a few days, craps out again... may do slave first looks a lot easier... also ... considering rebuild kits vs replacements...
Thanks for this video, it really made a difficult job possible. After the install I bled the clutch system from the nipple on the slave cylinder that is on the side of the gearbox. I used a length of 4.8 mm bore rubber hose and an old jam jar with brake fluid in. After the install I bled the clutch system from the nipple on the slave cylinder that is on the side of the gearbox. I used a length of 4.8 mm bore rubber hose and an old jam jar with fluid in. You need someone to press down the clutch pedal while you open the bleed nipple then close. Repeat until no air bubbles coming into the jar of fluid. Also keep topping up the brake/clutch reservoir throughout the process
