195/60/15 tire.
Tire changer tool only needed for breaking the bead. It might be able to break beads without mounting it to anything, but even that small pallet helps out quite a bit.
The top (dis)mounting part is not very effective, and it scratches up the rim pretty bad.
The rest can indeed be done with just those small tire irons.
Decided not to edit out the struggle lol.
