Ther is a lip on the cap. You screw it in all the way till it stops. Mine takes a wrench to get it all the way

No mention of shutting off a fuel valve or priming after the replacement, is this a necessary step? Is there a button to push to prime in the engine bay similar to LBZ?

So it primes it self

This video is helpful. However, I didn't see him clean the inside of the fuel filter bowl. Secondly, never use a tool with a pointed tip to install an o'ring especially if it for sealing psi. Clean surfaces and a light film on grease on o'rings so they don't get in a binding when installing the cap. Also, hands should be clean prior to resembling
