I'm an inverted triangle and thanks to waist training I have a more balanced physique. To anyone considering getting one, yes! They definitely work. A good probiotic & trainer will definitely help with bloating and keeping tummy flat. Also, the stairmaster is an excellent exercise to build your lower half (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves) and get good cardio while leaning out your upper body/core

My shoulder is little bigger than my hips but my waist is small and i have a round butt...im mix inverted triangle and hour glass shape...people see im an hourglass it depends on my clothes😃
This is exactly how I’m built. I’m an inverted triangle but I carry the most weight around my waist. There’s nothing wrong with the way we look, we are just made to think there is by insecure people. I want to work on my body though too, this video and the creator’s comments are helpful ❤️

This is tricky because both can't fully happen at the sam time. The route that I'm going is gaining the muscle and then cutting the fat after. This method is if you want to see results quicker because muscle growth us a slow process and consuming more will cause some extra fat to come on. I personally don't mind the bit of fat because my goal isn't to be shredded. I just want my butt big lol. Waist training will help control that fat at the same time too and will make it much more manageable to tuck that belly fat.
What waist trainer do you use? I got mine from Amazon and haven't been wearing it as diligently or focusing on my diet as I should, but seeing your results gives me hope and motivation to do it everyday and improve my lifestyle. I have a boned waist trainer so it's definitely difficult doing exercises in it, do you have an affordable wrap waist trainer for exercise?
Hi there! I use the Yianna waist trainer but I've been skeptical about it lately. As my body has been gaining weight, it seems to stretch awkwardly and has been causing bruising on my hips. It's more along the lines of proper diet (nutritious foods, protein, making sure your body isn't missing any vitamins and minerals) and exercise (lower body focused with sufficient cardio but total body worked) combined together. Then there's hydration & fiber to make sure that your body is hydrated and food keeps moving for reduced bloat (helps to keep your tummy flat to enhance the look). My favorite workouts include jump rope, banded excercises, and hip thrusts. Ab workouts are important to help keep your core strong as you're training. More info to come with that in my next video! I'm so glad to hear that! I was just thinking to share something helpful when I started making this content. Since I've been working on my lower body, that's why it looks so drastically different! I didn't take much full body pictures before unfortunately (I felt pretty uncomfortable about it) but I did find one back in my earlier stages. I'll share it in another update video. 💜
My shoulder and hip measurement are the same but my upper body looks bigger ( I have small bust). I am slim but have rounded butt which adds to the hip measurement but I have hip dip. I feel better when I dress for an inverted triangle. But from my description do you think I am an inverted triangle?

I’m also 24 and don’t let social media convince you that it’s not a young age! Also, your body can always change. Depends what you do to it to make it change.
I want to build weight on my lower body only...and I dont want my upper body to get fat.? Should i eat more for building muscle.? and what if that goes as fat in my arms.m I am very confused
Hip dips don't go away. The real goal is to build all the parts that surround that area and the sides of the legs in general. Overworking the muscles in the actual hip dip area will actually make it worse. I recommend hip thrusts, curtsy lunges, walking lunges, hamstring curls and sumo squats for a well rounded lower body look.
Hip thrusts and hip abductors are good excersises to help build the muscle around pelvis bone because hip dips are caused when the pelvis bone is closer to the hip bone do that muscle isn't stretched
Hello sister, im 25 and 4 '11 tall and does have an inverted triangle body type , im so depressed with my body so , now im deciding to joun gym next month but in the mean time im super confused, because i have seen sone girl going to gym and gain muscle like a man and im just too concerned you know ,i just want to grow my lower half thats it, is it possible?
