I was just there last Sunday day for Honor flight New England...she scared the bejeezez out of me...she's just a tiny little thing..but so precise and intimidating!!!!!!.... wonderful how we protect our tomb of the unknown soldier

The way everything is done without any verbal communication commands is impressive. Usually it is done with verbal commands, right? That lady Sargeant is a fine specimen of someone you don't want to mess with.

The tomb is guarded 24/7/365 because the individuals inside are too busy guarding Arlington and need someone to watch their backs

Every American should visit DC, and Arlington National Cemetery. At least once. And visit the Tombs. It's very cathartic.

The amount of carnage those soldiers must have faced before their final moments... They shall always be remembered by us. They were unknown in their time, but today they are given the grandest of all reverence and will forever be guarded.

I went to that place before and that is holy respect for those who sacrificed their lives to complete the battle mission. This is the right way of honoring those heroes. Awesome!

Two years ago I was privleged to be able to view the changing of the guard at Arlington. It is a solumn and moving experience to see the reverence and respect that these people hold for the unknowns.

The Changing of the Guard is something quite special and whenever I come to the US I try so hard to attend, it is a professional well practiced ceremony of which your nation can be very proud. The amazing thing is come rain or shine the guard continues. I bet even covid has not halted it.
