@@daveodonnell9580 or they might be a new player. month after month, all the content is tailored to the 40+. they're releasing new servers left right and centre, but not ascending them. even the 39's are leaving now or turning nasty forcing the little'uns/future spenders to leave. There "old" content is not being updated, especially the regular events. Minimal QOL has been thought about for the new players entering the game, they're all rushing to 39 without getting the basics - ie OG Pike, Khan/5of11 etc. After playing for 6 years, it's painful to watch this happen
We're running out of ideas for revenue, so here's isolytic damage 2.0 with new hostiles that ignore all mitigation except "true damage". It worked with isolytic damage so we thought we'd do it again. Cool.
This just sounds like another pay2win. How about you fix the broken khisarah artifact, the constant crashes, the lag, and other quality improvements first?
This lady can talk lovely about the new APEX barrier. As long as the bracket in G5 is not solved: this will become a very frustrating adding to your game. It only increases the frustration. If you always have to compete against G6. With all due respect to G6 players, I have nothing against them. But Scopely made G6 abnormally strong, not like the transition from G4 to G5. G6 is a completely different league. If you are not G6 yourself, you can't do anything against them, everything is a billion times stronger. Why Scopely keeps thinking it's a good idea to put G5 and G6 together, kill me: it's the worst idea ever. With this new barrier, the G6 makes 100 times stronger... it is already impossible to do anything against it in leaderboard, PvP and other bracket events, normal gameplay.. So yeah: it can be good, but it can also be gamekiller. Fix the current problems in the game first, before you adding more in to it. This only increases the current problems to skyrocket

Absolutely! They most likely don't listen, pay attention OR care! Why the hell are they constantly throwing out new crap instead of fixing and/or improving older issues or characteristics? So much for actually doing the quality part!

I have no idea as to why... other than the money aspect. And I'm so close to dropping off this game because of it. I mean, look at the retarded loop they started with when they put out the new Voyager arc. Then throw in more do this to get that but make sure you do THIS 1st oh and don't forget THAT. Short answer: no. Though they seem to pay attention the more you spend. Ironically the biggest spenders are also generally the whiniest. Squeaky wheel and all that.
the LAST thing this game needs is to give more power to the Whales who dominate and bully. This makes PVP so one sided that it is a Joke!!! How is it even fun for them to win knowing that they had to spend their kids education fund to do it?????

Cool. I look forward to the update in 6 months that makes this "new and game changing damage mechanic" completely irrelevant and easily replaced by a new damage mechanic and primes. Because thats just what you lot will do inevitability... like every other "new and game changing" mechanic youve put in this game.

Again new hostiles and again new primes... so another loop what a normal "worker" ppl cant even do with thier freetime because already too much loops in the game.
Forget about even scratching the paint of whales now. They’ll take no damage while smashing your bases. Keep on making them invincible the game will die.
Good to see Bek as always. I am going to guess that this new "Mirror Universe" is going to be the new PVP arena type thing that was in the road map. Hopefully PVP is addressed in a more meaningful way other than giving us another shield. PVP has been fundamentally broken for about a year and hasn't really gotten any better.
PvP has been broken since day one. All this is going to do is make the big spenders more immune from those who spend less. Continuing the spiral of players leaving until only the biggest whales are left, who will get bored and leave too.
@@huesofblue9672 I am not even caring about trying to fight above my generation. I am just trying to fight other G4 players. At least in the past I was able to fight other people in my level range and there was a sense of competition. Now, it is who gets the shots off first and it ends in one round.
They killed PVP first with the introduction of the ST Officers, then gave the final Blow with Isolytic Cascade /Freeman. While PVP before was still P2W, we still had crew diversity and counter crews, it wasnt just "Slap in this and win" for everyone

Server 702. Level 19, grinding away towards 20. It was a big grind getting what was needed to upgrade the R&D building to 19. EVERYTHING in building and research eventually led back to needing that R&D upgrade. Single point progress choke points like that are very poor game design.
Sound interesting, I'll give it a chance. I'm more curious about some of the other mirror content on the way. Ships? Refits? Officers? Hopefully some klingon ones in there somewhere.

JUST FIX THE DANG BUGS!!! CONSTANT GAME CRASHES on iOS and PC. For the last week I have had to reboot every 5 to 10 minutes. Don't introduce anything new until you fix the basics.

Think about it. There is Tens upon tens millions of people playing every day. Whats the possible yield on the day to day income look like. 10 of millions and probably multi billions on the monthly. You know, if every damn Arc going forward is going to be OPs 40+, will you please get rid of the BS lock at ops 39. It is antiquated content let us move up. Nobody cares if you feel a server is mature enough, let those of us who want to progress keep going. 6 months straight of no new content for newer servers is not right.
