I found if you pop off those black flat bars held on by clips and remove that gray plastic cover its 2 bolts then remove the adjustment nuts for that U bar on the deck it allows the whole deck to slide back then use a pry bar to pull the deck forward enuff to guide the adjustment bar through the holes and reconnect the nuts

I have two comments from two perspectives… first.. as a widow whose belt came off this morning while mowing my big yard… it was so nice to find an informative video with great visual shots of what you were doing. My second comment… I am coming up on the one year anniversary of my husband’s accident that took his life…. He jacked up a zero turn mower and it fell on him and I found him an hour later. Thank you so much for that warning. My hubs could fix anything and he knew better than to do that… you always think it’s not going to happen to you until it does. God bless you and your family!

I appreciate the video! Can you verify that you did infact purchase the 54 inch belt showed at 2:00? I assumed the mower was a 48" deck based on the model number Z248F. Thanks again.

That is the belt I ordered and used it is 147.25 inches long here is another option that is 147.5 inches long amzn.to/4dlbQxK I went by price and belt length.

Goto TSC and get a 2" longer eye bolt. Then you can loosen the belt tensioner spring until you can hook it by hand. Use a deep well socket to put the tension back on spring.

I have a husqvarna zero turn made in 2015 , how do you find out the belt size for the deck? Don't have the parts manual

One more tip. Take a picture of the belt mapping and keep it on hand. Looks like a lot different than the little sticker showed.

Looked up the belt say it’s for a 54 in deck. I have the same mower you have and tried different size belts that wouldn’t fit. Should i use the same belt as the 54 inch.
