It depends if Encore gets Liberation damage, as I’ve seen conflicted opinions on whether or not liberation damage actually affects Encore…

@@Matsmellwood Encore wants Basic Attack bonus/amplify. But the confusing part for most people is that for Encore personally, you want to level the resonance liberation because that gives better scaling to her basic attacks in ultimate form (even though it is counted as basic attack damage)

@@iSUMMONYT i dont think its long enough to give encore a full burst window. not realistically if your buffing with say Verina. if her skill is multiple charges ie stack mechanic would mean the first ones cooldown is already ticking down the moment you use it. if its not and its just 2 uses 12 sec CD. swap Verina>buff>swap mortefi or w/e sub dps ult> back to changli start dpsing again. maybe against a target dummy you could squeeze in encore, maybe. but a real fight? PS also realized. Taoqi skill deepen buff. be huge for both Changli and Jinhsi. they be fighting for her. maybe more so Jinhsi cuz of her extra outros

she does not benefit from liberation , she does benefit from basick attack dmg and fire

if you look at her forte skill, the damage from her hold attack when forte is full is considered Liberation DMG. So Changli + Encore quick swap team might be fun.

Changli gives you Crit rate and atk do its a fantastic weapon. Yinlins currently is only good for Yinlin tho so right now Changlis is more universal and very strong

@@JeannMain ohh yeah, thats why I said right now cause only 1 other Rec user deals dmg. As opposed to Swords that we have Sanhua, Dnjin, Rover, Changli, Yangang too theres. Mainly Rover which everyone has and theyre very strong too.

That's every character in the game really. They all seem underdeveloped especially the way elements feel so small! The game is amazing but haven't been to wowed with any characters yet. Probably a me problem and a 1st world issue lol

Changli can be better to pull since she also gives liberation dmg and fire dmg buff, she also has ignore def for her too Jinshi has bo buffs to her team bcz she is a main dps, her ultimate is a nuke, it has huge multipliers much much higher than havoc MC , but if her hitbox isnt big enough to hit enemies while she is up in the air she may have some troubles just like Lingyang

@@4..x I've calculated, although briskly(not including any buffs, just percentage of dmg from her kit), that Changli deals around 5000% dmg per rotation, and Jinhsi deals around 4500% per rotation, so yeah i think I'll pull for Changli

@@theradicallymjs9349 i dont think calculating works like that but yeah jinshi may or may not miss her ultimate if enemy ran out of your range too so we have to wait until her release im pulling for changli too bcz her design isnt mid as jinshi and looking towards getting more mortefi copies cuz i got shafted on jiyan’s banner , 140+ but all i got is 2 copies of him and extra one from weapon banner

Prob sanhua, changli and encore can be used together as a 2 dps team quickswap but if you only want to buff encore use sanhua
