For the people saying she’s a fusion yinlin, while she can somewhat buff encore for example that’s not her role ( unless you want it that way ) her role is a main dps not sub at all
It would actually be very difficult to use the resonance liberation damage deepen with encore, since the effect lasts only 10 seconds, not enough to get to the end of encore's ult combo, cosmos rave, which is the only attack with damage considered resonance liberation damage. You would have to quick swap to Changli in the middle of encore's utl, the intro would take some seconds and you would loose damage uptime in order to even try to boost cosmos rave.
Upon reading the skill, it has no cooldown because you hold charges that caps at 2. You get a charge every 12 seconds so I guess its a 12 second cooldown? I dunno. Haha.

@@AliHosseini-hj9os does not matter, you use changli first and then swap into encore for that fusion buff and you only want tu use encore in liberation mode anyway, and you can do the charge atk and then swap back to Changli/mortefi
Danjin is gonna be insane with Changlis sword man holy crap 56% resonance skill damage bonus?! Unless danjins skill attacks count as basics then shes gonna go off with it.
@stefanusunicorn7483 Yeah but this weapon gives her a 100% uptime on 56% skill damage. You can obviously weave heavy attacks in as normal but this weapon will literally just make her stronger overall. Like WAY stronger lmao

Changli is a main dps while she can somewhat support encore if would be the other way around encore being the sub-dps and changli being on the field most of the time
The skill straight up says it has a 12s cooldown and two charges, with the 12s cooldown starting after you use the first charge of the skill 😜 you even read it out loud! It sounds similar to other games where skills have multiple charges. The cooldown is specific to the usage number of the skill. So for example, you use the skill once and you can use it again, yes, but if you were to use it again say, 5 seconds later, then you would only see a cooldown of 7 seconds because the first charge would have had 7 of the 12 seconds remaining on its cooldown. Hope this clears that up!

it says her skill has 2 charges - gaining 1 charge every 12s so she doesn not have unlimited skills without cooldown like Danjin theres just no cd beween using her charges for example if she WOULD HAVE 5s cd she probably could only use 1. skill (consume 1. charge) -> 5s -> 2. skill (/ charge) -> 7s -> gain 1 charge again -> skill -> … but because she has no cd she can use 1. skill (/ charge) -> 2. skill (/ charge) without waitingtime between them after that you have to wait 12s to get a charge back tho! so yeah her skill is not like Danjins because each charge has 12s cd!

Her ult counts as normal attack or skill damage so changli only provides the fusion buff. I run her with Sanhua for the na buff. Jinhsi is a dps not sure how strong she is tbh
Question you keep saying and i know that her personal dmg is high but you also said that shes god tier for encore and chixia so does that means shes a main dps or a sub dps like yinlin? Where you deal more overall dmg if you use her a sub or is changli able to be high main dps and functional sub dps?
I didnt get into the numbers it was more to get an idea of how she works and from the looks of it shes looking reallybl strong and a future proof Fusion unit at lesst for now
I kinda want to pair her up with Yinlin if she spends more on-field time, do you think they'll work well together? I want to make Yinlin the main DPS, but I don't mind if Changli would be the better main DPS.
Yinlin still can but liberation damage so it is possible as well as provide off field dps. Yinlin wants to be in a swap team though so it depends on how changli plays
wait since most of her attacks are considered Resonance Skill damage, does that mean she works well with mortefi especially his C1 allows character to shoot off his ult things with resonance skill?
Encore needs basic atk buff, most of her damage comes from basic atks with res lib being only 15-20% of her damage. Changli is not the buff for encore y'all think she is, shes still good but not a perfect fit like yinlin for calcharo
Yep, she's actually a better fit for chixia, Encore's liberation doesn't actually have any attacks that are considered liberation damage. (Her forte circuit is considered liberation damage, but remember the buff only lasts 10 seconds, you're gonna have to change Encore's rotation to not include her skill and inferno rider if you wanna take advantage of that)
@@higorgabriel2598 No, you echo before ult and then do skill>basic x4>dash cancel>skill>basic x4>dash cancel>skill>heavy attack; that's the optimal Encore rotation. The only "bad" thing is that you'll likely have to stay on field during the charge time rather than swapping off so that you keep your liberation dmg buff. Encore is fully capable of taking advantage of Changli's buffs during her optimal dmg rotation.
If she is infact a sub dps for.encore, i do think it would be a waste of absolutely gorgeous animation. I love encore too but heres to hoping shes a main dps 💀🍻
No lie, with how much time she wants to be on the field, chixia would be so perfect as she is a burst damage dealer that doesn't want to be on field for a lot of time.
She's a sword wielder who can normal attack midair and she has an install state that gives her either an air dash or an enhanced basic attack; you want to get into the install state by using her intro, her skill(which has 2 charges), or doing her complete basic attack chain. Using her air dash or enhanced basic attack builds meter for her forte bar and after any combination of 4 air dashes and enhanced basic attacks her forte bar will be full. You can also use her air dash/enhanced basic to buff her fusion dmg by up to 20% based on how full her forte bar is and then you can spend the forte bar by doing a heavy attack for an enhanced heavy attack; her phase 5 passive makes her do 20% more fusion dmg and 15% def pen when using her enhanced heavy or ult; for a total of 40% fusion dmg bonus and 15% def pen from her self buffs alone. You can skip the whole cycle of building 4 forte stacks by using her ultimate, which automatically gives her a full forte bar, so you can just intro>ult>enhanced basic(or air dash)>enhanced heavy attack for quick burst dmg; but a maximum dmg rotation would be to build stacks up the normal way(using the install state air dashes/enhanced basic), then at full forte stacks do skill>enhanced basic(or air dash)>enhanced heavy attack>ult>enhanced heavy attack. Continuing with skill>enhanced basic attack again would be optimal to start building forte stacks.

But her Ult is rly the best in the game cos has the biggest AOE centered around you + the dmg multiplier is 1 000 % at level 5 and 1,5k% at level 10. basicaly as soon her ult is up you clear all mobs + elites in huge radius around you she is on 4 star weapon and I am UL 41
i hope the current version not be powercreep too much. I dont mind if they do strong powercreep about 2.0 version. For early version, pls just release new element unit only with normal power level :)

If her outro skill doesn't change i would get her 100% so that i have a sub dps for scar in the future(2036) cuz right now im 50/50 between Changli and Jinshi :>
@@juampisitoyeah and also the fact that Verina buffs all party members plus can rock a rejuv echo set. All dmg type deepen buff, all party atk buff and Rejuv set atk buff is gonna be really hard to replace.
@@Vizible21 encore main here. She is the quick swap god, depending on how fast concerto is charged for changli, she is going to be the best encore partner. Everyone in CN ranks her at T0 for good reason because of her versatility. The buff is literally for encore, liberation and fusion damage bonus.
No, Encore won't fully benefit from Changli's outro. Encore's dmg during Liberation counts as Basic Attack DMG, not Liberation DMG. The only Liberation DMG% for encore is her Forte Circuit activation. Changli's gonna be an on-field DPS anw, leaning towards hypercarry type, due to her mechanics. Best sub-dps/support for her for now prob would be Taoqi for Resonance Skill DMG% buff, but even then Taoqi not gonna benefit from Changli's outro fusion dmg buff. No perfect team comp for Changli yet
She is perfect for mortefi since his ultimate will stay on changli while buffed, no? She is supposed to be hyper carry at least from what I saw on gameplay videos
so she is the Yinlin for encore, her kit looks cool but sadly I have to skip her since I haven't got an encore and just using her for a main DPS for fusion seems lackluster plus I'm hoping after her Camellya be next after her I know she going to be havoc and I hyped for it.
She is what Yinlin is to Calcharo but to Encore, which is crazy good, because Encore is not as complex and can make use of the full buff with no problem.
she can not use the full buff.. Fusion damage boost is perfect but Liberation damage is pretty useless. Her ult counts as basic attack damage, the only liberation damage is from her Forte Heavy attack
Changli sounds like stronger than jinhsi.. I mean i could be wrong cuz jinhsi probably has too much stuffs written. I feel she will be harder to use too

Not rlly encore can’t use changlis full buff encores ult only counts as basic. So rip. But changli will probably be good for Chixia. But overall I’d say changli works as a duo dps both sub and main.
Maybe make your own opinions and comparisons about things that you like. Changli is a main dps with an outro skill that buffs other characters. But she wants to be on field. If people want her because she buffs their Encore or Chixia or even Mortefi, then they will call her a sub dps. Which is technically wrong, because Changli herself does more damage than all of these with her full kit. Yinlin is more of a sub dps than Changli because she does of field dmg but she can still work as a main dps if you build her that way, like I do. Find a CC or two which can tell you what the potential of characters might be with prove, math and logic to get a better grasp of how things work in this game. WW is a great game so don't let your experience be ruined because of some yappers. Get Yinlin and have fun with her, she also works with more characters than Calcharo.
After playing for a while I feel like characters don't matter that much for pulling and main priorities for f2p and dolphins are to get 5* crit stat stick weapons (or good supportive 4*/5* weapons (like ER weapon for Verina) when we'll get it) and few good characters (including 4* and free ones). They're definitely trying to not make even slight powercreep nerfing each mechanic. I pulled Yinlin, have some supports and dpses, now the only character I'm waiting is WuWa's Zhongli for my shitty skills or WuWa's Ruan Mei.
I was waiting for changli but I have a high feeling ppl will be calling her sub dps and I was gonna pull for yinlin but ppl ruined her for me by just calling her sub dps and not worth having unless u have calcharo. But jinshi kit does look like a nuke type kit
I doubt she'll feel close to as clunky as Yinlin. This will be builder, spender, the question will be, what animations are going to be large for some quick swap teams comps
