Hi Allison, I watched you and few other people review this foundation. It is quite expensive so I waited for some type of promotion to pop up. Nieman Marcus had a $50 off $200 purchase. So I went back to your review to see what color you ended up choosing. I was debating on vanilla or nude and since the nude looks great on you I went with that color and I’m so glad I did. I tried to put this on with fingers and a brush because I’m not a big sponge person. It didn’t work as well as the sponge. The foundation seems to have a rubbery feel but once I was done applying it it felt great and extremely comfortable. I thought it was going to be thick but it isn’t. Today is my wear test 😊

I actually got vanilla. Was too yellow dark. So I returned and got Alabaster.!!! It’s perfect. I’m fair-light neutral. I hate to return but it’s so pricey. You do get a refill. So it’s not bad. I actually love it. Have mature skin. It’s so. Nice. Xo

This is such a lovely look. I enjoy the simple chic aesthetic. How does this compare to the new Chanel Sublimage foundation? I was going to pick this up once it's available in the US, but this definitely has my attention.
I can’t bring myself to order this even tho it’s lovely. Future Skin (original) is $105 CAD and is 30ml. This is only 12 grams (=12ml) total (each cushion is only 6g) but it’s $170 CAD. It had better give me back 10 years if it’s going to cost me that much (that’s $425 for 30ml or 1oz!). No thanks. I still adore you and love their products. I just wish they were more affordable/reasonable. 🌸💕🇨🇦

I'd love to try it ! But the three shades meant for black & brown people are soooo bad ! I don't know how to express this but sometimes I feel like certain luxury brands don't want to appeal to darker skinned people, like they just kinda don't care or assume we don't buy higher end stuff.

BTW, Lexi Jong says that the cushion foundation is quickly used up - despite the refill (compared to other foundations). Really curious what your experience will be. I got the tube (tinted moisturizer) and the furure skin jar! xo
@@cs.0903 that’s so true that Brexit is playing a role in these delays. We’re feeling that in Canada as well. That’s so interesting what Lexi said. I’ll keep using it and see how quickly I run through it. That could be why a refill is provided when you purchase it.
