Well I can't really say much but this really depends on he type of content you do. While with gaming you have to stay mainstream (imo) or be in a relatively active fandom to boom in views and stuff, with music you just do whatever you want to do and have fun. The views and like and subs are unexpected for us we really are thankful that people like our little creations. Plus almost everyone listens to music so it's a given that music does get more views sometimes. But honestly don't feel discouraged just do what you want to do and if it doesn't work out there's always another day/time or another way to do things

What you wanna do is find a ticking sample somewhere from the internet be it a yt video or splice and drop it into the slicex plugin Slicex is like your friend coz it helps you to chop amen breaks or drums, vocals almost anything.

If you're talking about the glitch sound then it's sound design :0 but if you mean the video effect then there are tutorials online! Can't exact explain what I do lol.

It actually uses Noire piano which in my opinion is one of if not the best piano libraries out there BUT spitfire with enough tweaking could also sound as good as that (it does anyways) I recommend autograph grand though. It's by the same guys, has quality almost as good as Noire and is easy on space/ram.
