At it again! Another full day of eating. I’m showing you a full food freedom what I eat in a day video to help you see what it’s actually like to make food choices as an intuitive eater. To help with comparison or triggering people I like to focus more on the “why” behind food choices as well as giving you ideas VS the actual amount eaten/not eaten/etc!
In this video you’ll see how I was able to adapt my day & eating when it was thrown off course by a wild dog chase 🤪 I’m going to give you some practical tips on what to do if you go into a meal SUPER hungry- which can easily lead us to inhaling food and eating past fullness!

I appreciated this, especially the veggie tips. Also, sometimes im surprised I don't see much frozen foods in your videos, especially when it's a quick food video thing. I know you do frozen pizza but I'm just curious if you do frozen veggies, dinners, that sort of thing

yea today i ate like 3,500 calories bc i ate pizza for breakfast which never fills me up and just makes me hungrier. i’m not mad at myself though, i was hungry so i ate, simple as that.

Did you eat any fruit? I think there was some banana in the blender- but otherwise I didn't necessarily see a ton of fruit and veg? Would that have been a full day of fruit and veg?

I feel like my hunger ques are broken. I go from not hungery to hangery in 5 min..... then I want to eat everything......
