Recipe & Ingredients
-1 kg beef mince
-500 gram copped onion (water should be strained)
-1 TBSP Salt ( salt to taste)
-100 gram maize flour
-2 TBSP crushed coriander
-2 TBSP crushed garlic
-2 TBSP anaar daan (pomegranate seeds)
-2 TBSP chopped green chilies
-500 gram chopped tomatoes
We will mix 1 kg beef mince, 500 gram copped onion (water should be strained), 1 TBSP Salt ( salt to taste) and 100 gram maize flour Mix this by hand for minute or two.
Then we will add 2 TBSP crushed coriander, 2 TBSP crushed garlic, 2 TBSP anaar daan (pomegranate seeds), 2 TBSP chopped green chilies and 500 gram chopped tomatoes. Mix this all well aur chapli kebab mixture is ready.
Now we will fry or scramble 2 whole eggs and will mix with this meat mixture. Will shape the beef mixture in form of burger patty and fry on high flame for 2 minutes on each side.
Your soft and moist chapli kebab will be ready!
