Asal mai already RPC implement tha j&k mai.ipc bad mai rebuilt kiya gya aur kafi sections,kafi punishment RPC sai Liya gya hai IPC mai.baki lag bag IPC & RPC same he hain

But based on reorginazation act.. even ipc applicable in j&k.. if that is the case then ipc applicable to entire india and no exceptiosn.. this is my understanding.. please check and update us
I never saw such fabulous explanation but I have a doubt ki mam jab apne kaha koi person agar foreign jakar crime krta hai aur wapis aane ke baadme usko punishment milta hai india me to aise kaise ho sakta ? Usne india ke bahar crime kiya hai?

If any person commit offence in india which is not mentioned under ipc but other local act ,can that person triable in india and person is foreigner (say from canada)
Question .1- mam agr koi Indian citizen foreign countries me crime krta h aur wo country usse apne country k laws ka use krke use punish krti hai aur after punishment jb wo Indian territory me aayega to kya usse phir s uss crime' k liye punishment di jayegi? Question 2 jo child marriage ka example tha to agr kisi indian n foreign countries me 16 year girl s marriage krli aur wo 2 saal baad India aata h tbtk uski age above 18 ho jati h to kya ipc punishment। Degi ?
Ek teacher ne mislead kiya hai bhout kuch jhutta wada kiya gaya hai,uspe kaunsa ipc sec act laga skte hain Or university pe kaunsa ipc lg skta hai,ki jab nct approval nahi tha tab exam or admission q liya gya college me ?
Nmskar Madam I with my wife was performing journey in train. At night my wife went missing . I lodged a missing report. A UD case also lodged on that missing report. An un identification application jointly given for that dead body. Now in the court, complainant said that the recovered dead body of female aged 40 yrs was of his daughter. But postmortem report says that the body was of a male aged 40 years. This is the case under 304b. Then onus to prove when she parted the company is on me under 106 iea or not. Second death within 7 years is not on the prosecution to prove the case under s.304b. ? And last seen theory will be applied if time of death and dead body not recovered.? Plz
