I too was having problems with the learning besides being virtually a straight A student in college. Your teaching methods help make it so much more easier to understand and commit to memory. You truly are a great instructor in one of the hardest classes in such a short period of time I have ever attempted to conquer.
Thank you, Travis!!! I just got my MD real estate license, and it’s thanks to you! Your videos were extremely helpful, before them I was so lost, especially since English isn’t my first language, you really helped me out understand everything. Will continue to watch your videos because I think you give an amazing advices from the real world when it comes to real estate. I took a real estate classes before, and they just thought us how to pass this exam following the book. And I was so confused and didn’t learn anything after my class was over. You gave so many helpful information that anyone can understand. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I am that girl and that girl is meeeee! I was right with her so I extremely appreciate you putting her on the spot so she can hear out loud her mistakes. Sometimes I need a drilling like that to remember. I bet she’s got it now 🥰
So I have been through a nightmare with unconstitutional property taxes. I will not be liable for a contract that I had no knowledge of, that is a maxim of law and property tax falls under... So can someone please tell me how to get all of this stuff voided as I have objected the whole way and they have acted in dishonor again and again
If a man buys a house several years before he gets married, and when he gets married him and his wife have a prenuptial agreement that bars her from having any financial interest or right to the property, then are they still tenants in entirety and would she still need to sign the deed when the house is sold? I'm confused because in this video, and other videos on tenancy, you always say married couples are tenants in entirety and both have to sign the deed at the sale of the house. But maybe this is a situation in which that wouldn't actually be true? Or am I completely wrong here, like usual?
The purpose of a prenuptial agreement is to override the normal course of what would happen as a component of marriage. If the prenuptial agreement specified that the home would not be part of the marital interests, then the new spouse would have no ownership of it and thus not need to sign any deed to convey. That's a pretty remote possibility for most and definitely would not show up on a licensing exam.
I was taught differently on communication of an offer. I was told that unless the acceptance has been communicated to the client before they express their desire to revoke their offer even if their agent has received communication of acceptance but has failed to relay it to their client before they client has expressed the desire to rescind...this is doable and legal. Has the law changed or is the video correct? I take my test on the 20th and breeders to know please
I don’t understand how the buyer would be on the selling side. I understand that the seller is listing the house... but wouldn't the seller also be the one who is selling the house?
Nothing to understand about it. It is just memorization and acceptance. The listing side of the transaction is the seller's side and the selling side is the buyer's side. Irritating, but you just have to accept that and move on. Now you know how non Engliah speakers feel when trying to learn our language and find out that words have many different meanings in different contexts.
The buyer agent is helping the listing agent for selling the house for his client so he is the selling side. Or ( selling agent) .... again because he is who makes the sale happen. The listing agent ( they list the house for sale)
OMG, that girl needs to give up and stop wasting other people's time explaining things that she can hardly understand. The real estate course is simply for the smart people industry.
Girl you suck with your negative energy! Stop being a mean girl it makes you age faster. She could be struggling in something that you are good and she could be good in something that you struggled at.
