Travis, you are the BEST! I passed State and National first try in February, definitely because of you! I am reviewing for Post-Licensing now! Thank you for posting these!

Travis I just want to say thank you so much for these videos! I didn't come across your page until I was going for my 2nd try of the NC State portion but I only watched 1-2 videos increased my score but failed by 2. So I went back and said I'm watching all of Travis's videos on the topics I'm a little confused on. When I say you've helped me so so much, is an understatemnet! Everything makes so sense when you teach it! I wish I knew about your channel while I was studying from the beginning but that's ok because I passed my State portion on my 3rd try. Thank you again!! You're amazing and I hope to meet you one day!

Thank you, Travis!!! I just got my MD real estate license, and it’s thanks to you! Your videos were extremely helpful, before them I was so lost, especially since English isn’t my first language, you really helped me out understand everything. Will continue to watch your videos because I think you give an amazing advices from the real world when it comes to real estate. I took a real estate classes before, and they just thought us how to pass this exam following the book. And I was so confused and didn’t learn anything after my class was over. You gave so many helpful information that anyone can understand. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Click READ MORE to Jump to specific KEY areas in THIS VIDEO that I found useful. Travis is a treasure chest of Real Estate License knowledge and it is unfair that his knowledge gets lost in the hour long lectures, but I have dug some gems out and attached strings to them so that you can easily pull them out and revisit when necessary! Enjoy! 0:35 review of the four agency relationships as viewed by client. 1:38 the necessity of BOTH sides (seller and buyer) talking to each other. no brick wall. 2:17 a buyer can speak with an exclusive seller agent, but just being aware of agent's position. 3:15 disclosure of agency start of introduction. 4:05 what agency disclosure means in real life. 5:00 working with real estate agent brochure provided by the real estate commission 5:12 Real Estate Exam tip to know!!!! 6:02 Real Estate Commission's attitude towards agents 7:08 Real Estate Exam "freebie" 8:04 the form is not to be used in leasing or rental transactions. 9:20 the book is for buyers and sellers only. 9:31 under what circumstances do you use the book 10:55 when should you give the book to the client 11:40 when? the first SUBSTANTIAL contact 12:21 example of first substantial contact? OPEN HOUSE 13:30 disclosing information regarding the transaction would be considered what? 13:48 what are the first step after the first substantial contact 15:18 when they disclose confidential information regarding the transaction, that is when you step in. 16:05 You get one freebie and that is the trigger. more coming!

Hi I can currently living in New York and I love the way how you teach your real estate salesperson/agents Students. But I just would like to know exactly which laws are the same here in New York state and which laws are different. If you would be able please post at least one or a few lectures just to clarify what I am asking. It will be asking also if you have in mind to come to New York and New Jersey one day to dedicate a serious lessons especially designed for New York and New Jersey pre licencing . thank you

Is there a video on the real estate brokerage unit or is it tied into another video?

Why even allow dual agency anyway? If you can’t advise? I feel that the transaction will fall through most of the time. They should just keep designated dual agency instead

sometimes it is unavoidable. Sometimes the same agent/firm/office has already been hired by a buyer and a seller BEFORE they realize the buyer has interest in that property.

No. Every state has their own set of rules. NC is one of the top hardest exams to take in the country.

Many real estate concepts and principles are national but each state also has authority to regulate licensees operating in their state. This is why many states have a national and state portion of their exam.
