Travis I just want to say thank you so much for these videos! I didn't come across your page until I was going for my 2nd try of the NC State portion but I only watched 1-2 videos increased my score but failed by 2. So I went back and said I'm watching all of Travis's videos on the topics I'm a little confused on. When I say you've helped me so so much, is an understatemnet! Everything makes so sense when you teach it! I wish I knew about your channel while I was studying from the beginning but that's ok because I passed my State portion on my 3rd try. Thank you again!! Hi I can currently living in New York and I love the way how you teach your real estate salesperson/agents Students. But I just would like to know exactly which laws are the same here in New York state and which laws are different. If you would be able please post at least one or a few lectures just to clarify what I am asking. It will be asking also if you have in mind to come to New York and New Jersey one day to dedicate a serious lessons especially designed for New York and New Jersey pre licencing . thank you
Why even allow dual agency anyway? If you can’t advise? I feel that the transaction will fall through most of the time. They should just keep designated dual agency instead
sometimes it is unavoidable. Sometimes the same agent/firm/office has already been hired by a buyer and a seller BEFORE they realize the buyer has interest in that property.
