Hi April. I just got a 4 wt Spey rod to fish for trout here on the Lower Sacramento River. I am doing OK with the DS but STRUGGLING with the ST. I so hope this helps me. Will find out tomorrow. No matter what, you are an inspiring teacher. Thank you.

Good catch. I think many of us call it Snap-T out of habit. I try to explain some basic differences here, but may need to change the title to keep it consistent. Ps, great channel! Beautiful vids.
@@AprilVokey hey thanks. TBH its no big deal except I do think the Snap T when snapped is a very elegant cast and I enjoy it immensely the way the water snaps off the line in mid air. Not withstanding this is an excellent video and well delivered.
