My synergy team has Hyde/Ruby so far, I found it really fine especially for Hyde extending since after his 5B string I can do 214+B, neutral ruby assist, and just jump AA jc AA into QCB A, B, or EX. But I digress, this video was pretty great because I wanted to learn about Ruby a lot more. TY Koe

Great video! I just started checking out the Blazblue Cross footage and came across your channel. Looking forward to more guides in the future. I would personally like to hear your opinions on matchups in the future character guides. Who the character might have an easier or harder time with and why. I would also like a pros and cons list or I guess a strengths and weaknesses list at the beginning of the character. Fast moves but low damage output, things like that. All and all I think the video is great though, just a few suggestions. I like the way you do the video live in the vs. mode as well instead of just posting a video of clip footage so please keep doing it that way. Well good luck with the rest of the videos, and thanks for taking the time to make this.

Love the video and stuff but I recognize that song in the beginning of the video that was playing. That was the music that played in Tony Hawk Pro Skater! I used to play it on the Dreamcast and when I heard it I instantly got hit with nostalgia of customizing my board to that jam.

I love Ruby's 2A and 5A cuz they are really good poking tools. Like, im able to pull off throw counters with them

Awesome video Koe! My only suggestion would be to make the combo video separate for those who know the character but want to try some combos and review the inputs. On everything else the format of the video feels nice, and pretty straight forward. Thanks a lot for this! Can't wait to see Yang's video when she comes out.

Just recently started playing this game and literally Rachel Ruby is what I started with. Afterwards searching up the tierlists and finding out Ruby is very good, all I can say is nice.

Glad you mentioned Rachel, that is a killer good team. Now on point Rachel imo is quite weak. She does not approach well, and does not get anti air combos. Rachel NEEDS 6a from blazblue games

After he shows off weiss I wanna see ragna. His combos are very weird now so I hope to see a guide to not only teach me more about his combos but I also wanna see a guide on the combo system as a general whole. Like how wall bounces can you get in a combo, otgs, ground bounces, etc. I think this would not only help myself but I'm sure it'll help out a lot of newcomers as well.

Lets say the first combo would be f2,2,2, j2,2, qcb1, assit, 4, 2,2,2, j2,2 ,j2,2, buzzsaw if its a qcf or qcb but anyways a sample its MUCH MUCH easier I have to see your video and re do this the right way could you add this way it would be much easier if so that would be awesome thanks happy gaming :)

I will prove Hyde is in my opinion Ruby's best partner and they work well and they are great vise versa

Why are grabs in this game for certain characters invincible. Tager and that crazy arm dude are so annoying for me to fight because if I try and punish their grabs it doesnt do anything

i have this feeling that ruby is the best character in the game. even better than gordeau. what she lacks in range, compared to gordeau, she makes up with speed along with similar damage. she has a lot of tools to body just about any one. i mean if you get caught in her pressure with the fact she can just 5A into j.C assist, cross over assist, etc you just get melted. so like koe said, we're gonna see a lot of ruby day 1. i suppose a weak point might be her DP, it doesn't have the range of some of the other DPs out there, but it's good enough. her zoning game also doesn't compete with actual zoners due to the angle. for instance yukiko and Rachel can zone while in the air at angles ruby could never hit. that sort of thing. either way, that's my bold prediction before the first balance patch.

why dont you just do the easy way of saying the combos .. like f2,2,2,2 qcf just saying its easier and its what most fighting games use ...go check out mkx and injustice its the right way to do the buttons :)
