I wanted to thank you, because you're the reason I started doing 3D art in 2020! I absolutely love 3D modeling and sculpting, and you're the reason I had the courage to start learning it. You're honestly such a calm and good teacher, you don't rush explaining things and you do it simply enough to not get overwhelmed. So thank you so much! :)
The rigging and animation is blender 4. All are up to date but some are just recorded in earlier versions but have any changes from versions made very clear
Parented the armature with automatic weights like explained. It nested the armature inside the mesh object, without linking any of the mesh to the bones, and posing doesn't work.
For those who don't understand riging basic even watching many youtube tutorial.. mark my word this guy's animation and rigging course is best for you. I purchased and watch many rigging videos but by far his rigging and animation course is best one yet.. after that you can try Alive cours
@@grabbitt True enough. I was just thinking that it would be a good habit for beginners to pick up early on. I had to learn about it the hard way after having rigged and animated everything, lol.
I bought anime character course of yours but its too hard to follow specially the head part please make another one with simple procedure thanks❤love your tutorials
What happens if my models made out of multiple meshes for example the torso are three parts the chest the shirt and an accessory but I want all three parts to move by the same bone does it work the same as it does here do I have to select them Differently Also thank you for this video. It helped
Okay, semi tangential. I went into my local public library as I don't have a working printer at the moment and needed to print some documents. Go in, get a log on for the public terminals, switch on, click on the start menu and... this computer had Blender installed! Version 2 point something but it was there. Odd... You can only use a terminal for 1 hour max so not completely sure who much you could get done. Tried to point it out to the librarian but she had no idea what I was trying to explain.
wow, this is really helpful, although im struggling a bit to join other limbs and accessories to my character (like tails or ears) edit: im also struggling with joining the bones to the limbs, because my character has separated body parts
