You can just drill a hole on the side, about 1/2”, replace the pellets with aquarium ones, and install a screw on plug. Too easy.

Cut around the center of the unit.. clean it, then epoxy it back together. !

The problem would be getting the plastic cover back on . getting it off didnt look hard at all

Where the hell do you get the little disc shaped filter replacements in the bottom or can use any similar material , any help appreciated

i used one of the microfiber sponges you use to apply wax i just cut the cloth off of it and i used it to hold the charcoal in the canister
