Charcuterie board - what is it?
A charcuterie platter is an appetizer typically served on a wooden or stone slab, either eaten directly from the table or portioned on cutlery.
Contains a selection of preserved foods, especially cold meats or pâtés, as well as cheeses and crackers or toast, dried and fresh fruit.
I chose to use these ingredients. Maybe some people think it's a lot mixed, but you can put less or just the ones you like.
This platter can serve 6 people.
