What audience was hard on her & why? When did that happen?

I tried to get on to vote and it made it hard to vote. They need to go back to using the phone for people who are not technical , like people over 60yrs. Help us in the next episode. Older people didn't get to vote.

But she a winner because she was in the finals

It’s their job to criticize her as judges. And often she does lack an energy that Ariana and the Xochitl have. She has a blank stare and you can see the wheels in her head turning through her eyes. Ariana and Xochitl just look like they’re performing naturally.

Charity to me looked stiff all season and had no emotion on her face. This was the first dance I saw her actually show some sort of emotion on her face. It's not just about dancing, it's the movement, the facial expression, the compatibility with your partner, all of it

Meanwhile, Harry Jowsey did cry and object in order for people to love him, and he made it just shy of the semi-finals. 🙃 Here’s the thing though: Charity always got the higher scores, and she made it to the finale. I admire her and am awaiting to see more of her in the future.

⁠@@katelynmcandrews8109 I completely agree. Her personality was stiff but this finale explained that: She was a precision cheerleader. Because of that, she probably had trouble being loose. This was definitely the BEST of the final dances. Fit her perfectly!

Artem is awesome! Best choreographer this season, imo. He and Charity are the best.

i too expected more from the others. i thought this was the best freestyle of this season.

I don’t see what Jason could’ve done more, his dance was amazing, very energetic and he actually did dance, unlike Charity and her cheerleading routine.

@@bigrivtodagled8210jason 100% had the best freestyle this year. daniella‘s choreography was super impressive and difficult and jason delivered it so amazingly. i’m glad xochitl won but i would’ve been happy too if jason had won instead.

Wait now that I look at her routine again were those high school cheer leaders added to her routine??

@@mastinanagel380Yes, the real cheerleaders stepped in for the second half to do the throws and lifts. I think they were college cheerleaders though. I'm sure it was a thrill for them to have this opportunity.

They cheer at Navarro college in texas! They were featured on a netflix show called Cheer! a couple years ago

She definitely deserved to be 3rd place in voting at least but she was 5th.

Well when the voting starts before the dancing of course it’s who people like most. I hadn’t heard of any of them before the show other than Barry Williams 😂 I don’t vote either, but I think the winners deserved it as much as anyone.

What time did you vote? Because at around 10:40 pm EST (right after Xochi last dance) the voting was closed for everyone..

If you live anywhere but the East Coast USA you would not have been able to vote unless you blind voted. So, it could possibly have been about where you live.

Her placement was disappointing more than shocking to me. She stayed on top of the leaderboard the entire season, despite the difficult criticism she consistently received. In my opinion she had the most entertaining freestyle this season. But the reality is it's difficult for black females to do well on DWTS. And yes here are the facts to back it up. The last black woman who was in the top two during the finale was Amber Riley, during Season 17. She is also the only black female to win the mirror ball trophy in the 32 seasons of DWTS.
