There are other reasons for a "pay gap" and I figured this out many years ago on my own. First women don't work as many hours a day (family and children's requirements). They also don't work higher paying jobs that don't even require college like hard manual jobs or even jobs that need some vocational or technical training like plumbers, electricians, truck drivers, masons, welders, meat cutters, on and on and on. These are the jobs that get the pay, but they are difficult and require overtime. So, add this to the thought that woman will take jobs that are different than what men will take/do.

Absolutely. And look at a key motivator to founding a spouse/gf/bf. Men don’t give a crap about what women make. Women care a ton about what men make.
