"Think" is a strong word to use here. This kid was barely thinking. All his ideas were like the grass floating on top of water. Surface level, as shallow as possible, with as little effort needed as possible to retrieve them.

The thing is, Blaire White is very clear and open about being a biological male and that gender dysphoria is a mental disorder. Blaire is also against trans treatments/surgeries on kids. In short, Blaire White is someone you can have a reasonable discussion with.
The student picked a bad example mentioning Blaire White. She is someone who lives as a woman and distinctly says she is not a woman. A recent short I came across she said at the end "and I have balls". Socially she's a she, but still maintains a realistic biological view and knows she is not actually a "woman". I have a lot of respect for Blaire White, and have done so for years since I first saw her on the Rubin Report.

Agreed, but wonder what it was about that boy that made Charlie so schnatty? Usually he is much more respectful. I really didnt see where the kid was drying to be a jerk besides from one remark made after Charlie had already hit him pretty hard. Not saying I disagree just making an observation.

I love the "it's a societal construct" argument so much. Societal construct means that something was made by society- like language. Fun thing to consider, just because it was made by society doesn't change or invalidate the fact that what was made is based on reality and fact, again, like language. Sex and gender are the same thing, just like tough and hard mean the same. You can't swap sexes, you can't swap ages or species, you are what you are, and I agree with Charlie, it is cruel to pander and promote someone's delusions.

Ole Charlie makes great points as usual but it sucks to see him stoop to the lefty way of throwing insults, especially when this guy didn't really even insult Charlie first. Guy was probably being a smart-ass asking him to repeat what he said the same way Charlie did to him repeatedly, and sure, he said "rambling" but that's no reason to use his power from the podium to bully the dude over his height.

I think these kids are curious, they've been misguided by culture and college professors. Look at all these videos where they line up to ask questions, when really they could just google their question. They may come across as ornery and dramatic but behind the antics I think they want to be told the truth

I agree. That was a bad look. The kid didn't even mean what he said maliciously. He did say he was rambling, but it looked like he just picked a wrong word there. It looks like he meant "the crowd was clapping while you were speaking", and the other guy didn't have the full context
Charlie was immediately combative to this kid and just rude when it wasn't entirely obvious the kid came with any negative energy towards Charlie. Just seems like he was asking a question. It is also kinda weird Charlie doesn't know Blaire White. He would 100% think she is a woman too.
Confirming delusions is definitely not healthy. Why can't these people see that by pandering they make it worse for the people they say they care about.

I don't think Mr. Kirk has a good look here. One example is: that the guy said "rambling", because he couldn't hear, was simply an incorrect choice of words and then he was dismissed. Also, it is no surprise that a young adult who probably doesn't speak in public very often, is less articulate than the speaker. Generally, I like these videos, but not this one.
He made his little remark about "rambling" because he was trying to be a smart ass and he was dismissed for being disrespectful when Charlie was being nothing but civil towards him. He didn't deserve to waste other people's time any longer at that point.
It has NOTHING to do with public speaking and being articulate. You only feel sorry for the kid ( man) because he may have gotten his feelings hurt by a person who may be more articulate. Charlie may have been a bit condinsending, but it's no excuse for someone else's educational misnomer about what a man or woman is biologically. i gotta say its not one of kirk’s best moments. the kid got under his skin with the pickle jar comment. u can tell that he changes his debate tactics by attacking the dude’s stature. not the ideal route to take but still delivered a solid message
I think once the kid said to repeat his "rambling", that set Kirk off a bit, so he fired back and attacked his height, but I kinda agree, he usually doesn't do that.
