Yes and no. Parts of the magma carta are still in force but only 4 clauses I think. Not the entire document. Charlie’s point is that the constitution is the longest lasting document in its original form. We’ve only added amendments not limited or taken away.
A lot of atheist people believe that the ten commandments is a good moral guide for everyone to live by, even though they don't believe there is a creator.
