What the prices looking like?

Naw fr doe lol everything at least 1300 for a one bedroom at least for a luxury spot only like one place for under 1k out here

No! It’s been terrible. The market is terrible right now.

Going through the same issue right now. Everything is literally $1200+/mo. Anything that's below that is either in the hood, got old appliances from the 80s/90s, or only qualifies for section 8. Lemme know if you find a spot because I'm struggling

I was just saying this I don’t mind paying 1500 for a two bedroom in NC at least I’ll get my money worth plus I’m over Brooklyn been here for 26 years
