The name of the tree is Loquat. It makes small orange color fruits about the size of a plum. I grow one on my property in the USA. Sadly it gets too cold over winter here for it to make fruit. Edit: I went back and rewatched that part and realized that you did include the English name 😜
I think this house has potential. I love the floors and the yard could be planted with flowers, herbs, and vegetables. Lots of room for kids to play outside and far off the main street.
